We were founded with a simple yet bold mission that continues to drive us today — to change the culture of fast food.
Changing fast food
We’re one of Australia’s fastest-growing food brands, serving millions of fresh, made-to-order salads from scratch each year.
Founded in 2016, we’ve expanded to over 50 locations across the East Coast of Australia – including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. In 2024, we began our global expansion with the opening of our first restaurant in New York City (trading as THISBOWL).
While our team has grown to more than 1,000 quality-obsessed foodies, we really are just getting started.
