The Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll assist your Restaurant Manager by supporting an incredible team, and growing the FISHBOWL brand with us. You’ll lead restaurant team members (who we call “Mixers”) to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to your Restaurant Manager, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of your restaurant to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create delicious bowls. You’ll be expected to:
- Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards
- Manage all expected checklists and training
- Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
- Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
- Supervise and coach team members to grow with us.

The Interview Process
Here’s what you can expect during our recruitment process:
- Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
- In-store trial with one of our Restaurant leaders – getting ‘on the mix’ with one of our teams (2+ hours, paid)
- Final interview with one of our Restaurant leaders – wrap up of your trial and the role (30 min)
- Reference checks and move to offer.
