
Digital Product Manager

The Role
As the Digital Product Manager, you’ll lead the digital growth of the FISHBOWL brand as we continue to grow and scale. You’ll own the digital customer journey – driving performance across paid, owned, and earned channels while ensuring our online presence is as bold, fast, and flavour-packed as our food.
Skills and experience
You’ll have:
- 5+ years in digital product management, growth marketing, and/or lifecycle marketing, ideally in consumer-facing tech or food and beverage brands
- Proven experience managing app and web product roadmaps, feature prioritisation, and releases
- Robust experience utilising CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g. Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel etc)
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and product analytics to inform decisions
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, ops / restaurant teams
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting KPIs, metrics, and ROI for digital campaigns
- Strong commercial & business acumen. You’re commercially focused and understand how to drive business outcomes for your brands, including delivering on KPIs and budget management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; you’re comfortable making high quality presentations to leadership on a fast timeline

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the development and execution of digital strategies, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer experience. From paid media campaigns to website, social, and CRM, you’ll play a key role in driving connection, growth, and loyalty as we continue to scale. You’ll be expected to:
- Define and own the digital product vision for app and web, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business strategy
- Lead user research, testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve the customer experience across digital channels
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes on the product roadmap
- Drive data-informed decisions, using analytics and A/B testing to optimise engagement, conversion, and retention metrics
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy and all digital channels. Develop automated and personalized campaigns, including loyalty programs, email, and push notifications
- Oversee all delivery channels, developing product, promo, pricing and paid media strategy in tandem with Brand Manager
- Monitor digital trends and emerging tech to identify innovation opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns with in-store promotions and overall marketing initiatives
- Act as a champion for the user, advocating for usability and accessibility in all digital experiences
- Manage the release and launch process for app/web updates, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication to internal stakeholders
- Own digital product KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.

The Interview Process
Here’s what you can expect during our recruitment process:
- Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
- 2nd round interview with Hiring Manager – diving deeper into your experience and the scope of the role (1 hour)
- Case study with the hiring manager and/or a Head Office senior leader – present a case study, which will be provided to you in advance, to some of our executive team. This exercise is designed to test your thinking so we can understand your approaches to structuring work; it’s not designed to be an exhaustive piece of work (in-person, 1 hour)
- Final interview – wrap up of your case study and the role (1 hour)
- Reference checks and move to offer.
