- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed (1-2x / month).
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the development and execution of brand initiatives across Australia and the US, ensuring consistency and impact at every customer touchpoint. From product portfolio management to in-store experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up – driving growth and loyalty as we scale.
You’ll be expected to:
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategies, annual business plans, and campaigns across AU and US to enhance market position and achieve business objectives, rooted in robust understanding of your consumer, brand, category and competition
- Lead consumer research and insights to help inform development of brand campaigns, including pricing, sensory, and brand tracking research
- Manage development of product portfolio strategy, including product, pricing, packaging, and promotion
- Contribute to new product development, including seasonal menu resets and LTOs
- Lead commercial planning for brand activations, including opening new regions / markets
- Integrate initiatives across all touchpoints: owned media (in-store, social, digital), earned media (PR, influencer, etc), and paid media (BTL/ATL)
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI; iterate quickly to optimise results, utilising A/B testing where possible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Customer Experience, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Safety Finance, Accounting, etc) to align brand activations across all touchpoints
- Harmonise all brand messaging, assets, tone of voice, and execution across all markets – including both Australia and the US
- Conduct monthly performance tracking for the brand and manage the budget for all brand activations, including holistic understanding of P&L management, CAC/LTV, and ROI.
Benefits
What you can expect when you’re part of the FISHBOWL Fam:
Why Fishbowl?
FISHBOWL is one of Australia’s fastest-growing food brands, offering fresh, made-to-order salads with an Asian twist. Founded in 2016 in Bondi, we have expanded to over 50 locations across the east coast of Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast). In 2024, we began our global expansion with the opening of our first restaurant in New York City (trading as THISBOWL). Our founding mission – to change the culture of fast food – continues to drive our team of quality-obsessed foodies as we grow.
So why join us? Well, we’re not your average ‘fast food’ brand—we’re all about doing things differently. If you love great food, leading with heart, and growing in a team that backs your growth, you’ll fit right in. We’re here to help you thrive, not just work.
